Q1 How do we book a trip?
Since our trips are customised to your departure city, please send us an enquiry for multiple requests by using the contact form. Alternatively you can send a enquiry directly from the itinerary you like through the enquiry button.
Q2 How will I know if my booking is confirmed?
Galavantor will not confirm any booking unless it receives a duly completed and signed Trip Reservation Form which will be sent to you once you confirm which trip you want to go on AND part/full payment as detailed below.
- For bookings more than 6 weeks prior to departure - 50% deposit.
- Balance 50% payment has to be made 6 weeks PRIOR to departure date.
- Failure to pay the balance on or before the due date will result in forfeiture of deposit & cancellation charges.
- For bookings within 6 weeks of departure – Full payment
A Booking is completed when Galavantor issues confirmation of acceptance of the Trip Reservation Form and relevant payment. All travel documents will be issued within two weeks prior to departure and only after full and final payment. Documents will be dispatched to the physical address mentioned on the Trip Reservation Form, if requested, or may be collected from the office nearest to you.
Q3 Do I need travel insurance?
We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover yourself against cancellation fees, trip modification or cancellation, lost baggage, emergency medical expenses, etc. Our staff will be able to advise you on which policy is best suited for your needs.
Q4 What travel documents are required for travel to a destination?
All travellers are required to hold a valid passport and valid visas (if necessary) at the time of the travel. GME is not responsible for the any inconveniences that arise for not carrying the valid documents during the travel. Most countries require passports are valid for a minimum of 6 months from the scheduled date of return. For visas all nationalities should check with their respective embassy. It is the sole responsibility of the traveller to obtain the correct documents. Please check our Travel Tools page for more details.
Q5 Are there any Health issues that I need to worry about?
We advise you, as a precaution, to contact your Doctor or G.P for vaccinations as it may be necessary to any of the destinations we feature. We are not responsible for any medical emergencies, complications or medical injury, damages, death, sickness or any kind of state that arises due to the unforeseen circumstance.
