Additionally, the services provided by the Third Party Supplier may be subject to their own specific terms and conditions. It is possible for such terms and conditions to limit or exclude the supplier's liability to you. We will make reasonable efforts to bring such limiting or excluding terms and conditions to your attention at the time of your reservation. While we take every care to ensure a smooth and hassle free travel experience there may be occasions when services may be disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances. As such, the Company strongly advises you to obtain adequate medical insurance including travel insurance for your international and back country travel which includes certain inherent risks and dangers, all of which are too numerous to list, but insures against unforeseen travel issues such as inability to participate in the tour, travel/tourism bankruptcies, cancellations, interruptions, delays, lost/stolen/damaged travel documents and personal property, medical expenses, evacuation and other emergency transportation as well as others which include, but are not limited to, acts of God, terrorism, civil unrest, hazards of travel in difficult terrain, weather, altitudes, travel by air, motor vehicles, animal, or other conveyance, exposure to disease, drowning, accidents, bites, etc. All the travel packages & prices on this website are subject to availability and are also subject to change or can be withdrawn without notice. Special conditions may apply to the prices displayed on this website. For example, without limitation, prices may vary based on the actual date of travel, class of service, hotel or room categories, and travelling during holiday versus peak periods. Additionally, minimum stay restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Should conditions necessitate, the right is reserved to substitute services of equal or greater value without refund to you, and such substitution shall be deemed to be complete compensation such that you shall have no further claim against Galavantor. The right is reserved to decline, accept or retain any member of any trip if circumstances so require. Cancellations & Refunds All travel packages are subject to specific cancellation charges. We strongly advise you to be fully aware of these and have adequate insurance to cover such eventualities. Should you need to cancel, your cancellation must be received in writing, via email, fax or by letter. It will be effective on the date of receipt. If you cancel your travel package after you have received your documents, you must return them to Galavantor before we can process your refund. The following cancellations fees are only for all departure date tours featured on this website. The following cancellation charges per person will apply: Days Prior to Departure Charges per travel package total value > 45 days Applicable Ticket Cancellation Fees (if any) + Service Charge of US$ 75 / AED > 30 days = 45 days 10% Cancellation Fees + Service Charge of US$ 100 > 15 days = 30 days 50% Cancellation Fees + Service Charge of US$ 150 > 0 days = 14 days No refund Note: Cancellation fees for Medical Travel will depend on the Service Provider & fees for customized travel packages may be different. These will be provided with your quotation. Bookings & Payment Galavantor will not confirm any booking unless it receives a duly completed and signed Trip Reservation Form AND part/full payment as detailed below. For bookings more than 6 weeks prior to departure - 50% deposit. Balance 50% payment has to be made 6 weeks PRIOR to departure date. Failure to pay the balance on or before the due date will result in forfeiture of deposit and cancellation charges. For bookings within 6 weeks of departure – Full payment A Booking is completed when Galavantor confirms acceptance of the Trip Reservation Form and relevant payment. All travel documents will be issued within two weeks prior to departure and only after full and final payment. Documents will be dispatched to the physical address mentioned on the Trip Reservation Form, if requested, or may be collected from the office nearest to you.

Bookings & Payment
Galavantor will not confirm any booking unless it receives a duly completed and signed Trip Reservation Form AND part/full payment as detailed below.

For bookings more than 6 weeks prior to departure - 50% deposit. Balance 50% payment has to be made 6 weeks PRIOR to departure date. Failure to pay the balance on or before the due date will result in forfeiture of deposit and cancellation charges.
For bookings within 6 weeks of departure – Full payment

A Booking is completed when Galavantor confirms acceptance of the Trip Reservation Form and relevant payment.
